KNATCOM’s mandate is to promote Kenya’s national interests in UNESCO and UNESCO’s international interests in Kenya, regionally and globally in the areas of Education, Sciences, Culture, and Communication and Information.

KNATCOM serves as Kenya’s national coordinating mechanism for UNESCO-related programmes and activities. It facilitates collaboration between UNESCO, the Government of Kenya, institutions, communities and other stakeholders in advancing UNESCO’s mandate in Kenya.

KNATCOM Resource Centre is located at the National Bank Building, Harambee Avenue, 14th Floor, Nairobi, Kenya. The facility operates from Monday to Friday: 08:00 am to 5:00 pm and closed over the Weekends & public Holidays.
