Ms. Antonina Lentoijoni is an accomplished education leader with over 26 years of professional experience, 17 of which have been in senior-level roles within the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). She currently serves as the Acting Director of Staffing, where she oversees key aspects of teacher management and human resource development across Kenya’s public education sector.

Her extensive expertise spans teacher recruitment, transfers, promotions, disciplinary processes, staff counselling, mentorship, motivation, and the maintenance of robust teacher management data systems. She is also well-versed in auditing ISO quality management systems and has played a critical role in ensuring the Commission adheres to global standards.

Ms. Lentoijoni is known for her strategic foresight and exceptional people management skills, which have contributed to fostering a stable and productive working environment within the education sector. She is a champion of positive employee relations and institutional growth.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). In addition, she has undertaken numerous professional development courses, both locally and internationally, enriching her leadership in education management and organizational strategy.
