The Deadline for submission to UNESCO Headquarters (Partnerships Programme and Fellowships Section) is 30th November 2018. However, proposals should reach the Kenya national Commission for UNESCO through the email addresses below (or physical address shown below for hard copies) by 31st October 2018 for review and onward transmission of shortlisted applications to UNESCO Headquarters.
