Earlier this morning, Dr. Evangeline Njoka, MBS, led the Commission’s management team and internal auditors to welcome Mr. Anthony Maritim from Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) for the Stage 1 audit of the ISO 9001:2015 certification process. While giving the closing remarks after the successful completion of the exercise, Dr. Njoka reiterated the importance of upholding high standards of service delivery while ensuring compliance with various regulations and policies. She thanked the staff for their teamwork and cooperation during the entire exercise and gave the assurance that the positive report from KEBS would not deter the Commission from aiming higher.
We thank Mr. Maritim and the Kenya Bureau of Standards for scheduling time to conduct this critical exercise and wish to assure our stakeholders that we are ready and on course towards attaining ISO certification.
